Saumitra Awas Yojana is a long-term housing project which will be launched on 1st November, as per the information by the Deputy Housing Commissioner. Plot Price and Size
- The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board will launch residential, commercial and educational plots. They will announce the scheme with 2000 plots with the area of 30 square metres to 300 square metres.
- The price of the commercial plots will be around 23000 per square metre.
- It is expected that the officials will set the price for the plot between Rs 2200 per square metre to Rs 2700 per square foot.
