About CM PRATIGYA Scheme, Bihar 2025
The scheme mainly focuses on the youth internship in the manufacturing and service sectors. The main aim of this initiative is to generate job opportunities in the financial year 2025- 26. A new portal, which is launched under the Pratigya scheme, helps to build a connection between youth and industries. They will also offer financial support to the youth. On this portal, both the youth who are job seekers and the employers who are looking for new trainees register. The youth will be selected for the placement and skill development internship programs through this portal.
They will provide more than 5000 opportunities for the youth under this single portal. The youth will get hands-on experience and skill development in the real work space. The government set up a set of criteria, documentation, education qualifications and the scheme. The youth who have passed their 12th class will get rupees 4000 per month financial assistance under the scheme, and those with ITI and diploma will get rupees 5000, and the graduate and post-graduate youth will get rupees 6000 per month financial assistance. Eligibility For Candidates
- All the permanent residents of Bihar are eligible for the scheme.
- The age requirement is 18 to 25 years as per the eligibility criteria.
- The minimum education qualification required is 12th pass or a youth with an ITI diploma or having completed the skill training of 6 months.
- Those with graduate and post-graduate degrees are also eligible.
Who is not eligible?
- The applicant who is currently doing the skill training, the shape or any other training program under the state or the Centre Government is not eligible for the scheme.
- The scheme is only for the unemployed, so those who are employed are not eligible for the CM-PRATIGYA Scheme.
Financial Assistant Under Pratigya Yojana
The Bihar government provided the monthly type fund to those who joined the internship program under the scheme. During the period of internship, the government transfer the amount directly into the bank account of the beneficiary student or youth.

- The government also provide Sustenance allowance to those who will join the internship outside their district and State. This applicant will get rupees 2000 per month for the first three months for those who are away from their home in another district.
- And those who are joining the internship outside Bihar in other states will get Rs 5000 per month for the duration of the internship.
- As per the Government’s eligibility, the duration of internship should be 3 to 12 months, depending on their skills and requirements.
