APTIDCO Housing Scheme Latest Update 2025

As per the latest APTIDCO Housing Scheme Update of Andhra Pradesh Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation, the government provided rupees 140 crore for the clearance of loans of all the beneficiaries of this scheme. The EMIs and NPA’s of all the beneficiaries who have taken a loan from the banks should be cleared as per the government order. Around 40,000 beneficiaries will get relief form this burden. The government provide the funds to overcome the pressure of banks on the citizens of Andhra Pradesh. The chairman of the APTIDCO department has announced that all the eligible beneficiaries will get the houses in the current running year 2025.

The Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu issued an order to the official to complete the project as soon as possible. From the recent news release, they have mentioned that 2800 houses have been completed in Chittoor. The government is planning for the completion of the housing scheme all over the state. APTIDCO Housing Scheme Latest Update 2025

The affordable housing project APTIDCO provides housing facilities for the economically weaker section EWS people in Andhra Pradesh. As per the rules, the candidates up to an annual income of 3 lakh will be considered eligible. They have provided a carpet area of a minimum of 30sqm to a maximum of 45sqm high-rise building with all the infrastructure equipment like a toilet, water electricity services included. All the beneficiaries will be selected by the committee, higher by the district magistrate/ municipal commissioner/ executive officer.

All applicant should register themselves for the housing scheme with all the details on their official web portal. There are so many eligible beneficiaries who are waiting for the distribution of houses. Eligibility Criteria For EWS Category

• The scheme is for the Andhra Pradesh permanent resident.

Latest Update

As per the recent update, the government will provide one lakh houses to all the beneficiaries by the Sankranti. The construction of all the houses is now at its final stage, and the government issued the order to the authority to complete the construction work before Sankranti. The government fulfils the dream of poor people to have on house. The keys of the houses will be handed over to the beneficiaries in the month of October as a Dussehra gift. The government completed the construction of 84 thousand houses in the state. The government also provide a house plan permit at just RS 1 to the poor people who want to build a house on a 50 square metre area. This is a great relief for the poor people who are not able to pay the additional charges.

The chairman of the TIDCO housing scheme recently visited Ichchapuram to check the construction work. During his visit, he clarified that the government will complete all the houses by December 2025. Around 70,000 houses are under construction and will be completed at the end of this year. The government is paying the bank instalment for all the beneficiaries.
