AP Employee Health Scheme Details 2025

Employee Health Scheme covers many medical conditions and chronic diseases. Scheme provides a benefit to the current Government employees and the retired employees. The government provides cashless treatment to pensioners and current serving employees. The scheme was introduced in 2013. The Government employees dependents are also eligible for the scheme. The applicants who are already getting the coverage from other insurance schemes such as CGHS, RTC, Arogyasahayatta of the Prohibition and Excise department, etc. They are not eligible for the scheme.

All Government employees and pensioners need to submit the enrolment form to get the benefit of the scheme. This scheme is implemented by Dr NTR Vaidya Seva Trust and the Andhra Pradesh Government. Objectives Of Cashless Health Treatment Scheme

• The AP government’s main objective behind the launch of the scheme is to provide quality medical care to the Government employees and pensioners.
• They cover all the medical treatments, including chronic diseases.
• The government provide inpatient treatment and evaluation of outpatients for the therapy’s related diseases under the Employees Health Scheme.
• They also offer the follow UPS, which is active for one year. Which include the consultation, routine checkup, and medicines.

Eligibility For Government Employee

• All the regular government employees and the pensioners are covered under the scheme.
• The dependent family members of government employees are also eligible.
• The provisionalised employees of local bodies are also eligible for the scheme.
• The family pensioner with dependents is also eligible in case of retired employees.
• Reemployed service pensioners are also eligible.

Who Are Not Eligible?

• Those who are already covered under the other government. Insurance Schemes are not eligible for the scheme.
• Advocate general, state councils, public prosecutors, all the law officers are not included under the beneficiary list.
• Casual and daily paid workers are also not eligible to avail the benefit of this scheme.
• AIS officers and pensioners are also excluded from the benefit of the scheme.
• The Independence children are not included.
• The biological parents of a government employee are not eligible if the adopted parents are alive.

Guidlines To Get the Benefit Of Health Scheme

• All government employee must have their employee health scheme card to avail themselves of all medical treatment facilities and other schemes.
• The unemployed daughter, unmarried, widowed or a divorcee, is also eligible under the dependency eligibility criteria.
• The disabled children are also eligible for the scheme who are not able to do a job or any other employment.
• To avail the benefit in the hospitals, the beneficiary should provide their eligibility card or the card number, and then the hospital staff will verify the card details online.
• All the serving employees and the retired employees of Andhra Pradesh must follow the rules and guidelines to get the EHS Card.

How To Fill EHS Enrollment Form Online?

• If you want to enroll for the AP Employee Health Scheme, then you should visit their official portal and sign in with all your details.
• For the login process, your pensioner ID is your user ID, and your password is also your ID.
• After logging you can change your password.
• Next, enter your mobile number and email ID, where you will get the SMS for the new password and sign in.
• Once you sign in on their official portal, then registered for the employee health scheme health card.
• For the registration procedure, select the initiate health card option and enter your aadhar enrollment number or aadhar number.

• Now all the employees and pensioners have to provide their personal details like name, date of birth, residential address, office address.
• Provide the details of your ration card number, current posting details, and current pay scale.
• Make sure you attach all the required certificates and documents.

• The next column is for the dependent family member details, where you provide the relationship, Aadhar number, and other disabilities information if they have any.
