Objectives Of Cashless Health Treatment Scheme

- AIS officers and pensioners are also excluded from the benefit of the scheme.
- The Independence children are not included.
- The biological parents of a government employee are not eligible if the adopted parents are alive.

- All government employee must have their employee health scheme card to avail themselves of all medical treatment facilities and other schemes.
- The unemployed daughter, unmarried, widowed or a divorcee, is also eligible under the dependency eligibility criteria.
- The disabled children are also eligible for the scheme who are not able to do a job or any other employment.
- To avail the benefit in the hospitals, the beneficiary should provide their eligibility card or the card number, and then the hospital staff will verify the card details online.
- All the serving employees and the retired employees of Andhra Pradesh must follow the rules and guidelines to get the EHS Card.

How To Fill EHS Enrollment Form Online?
- If you want to enroll for the AP Employee Health Scheme, then you should visit their official portal and sign in with all your details.
- For the login process, your pensioner ID is your user ID, and your password is also your ID.
- After logging you can change your password.
- Next, enter your mobile number and email ID, where you will get the SMS for the new password and sign in.
