Antyodaya Gruha Yojana Odisha Beneficiary List 2025, Eligibility Criteria

The Panchayati Raj and rural development minister of Odisha has made this announcement that they are going to release the beneficiary list of Antyodaya Gruha Yojana on 17 September. The government provides the housing facility under Antyoday Agroha Yojana for The Eligible beneficiaries. The final list of 50,000 house beneficiaries will be released on the birth date of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The scheme is for those who are differently abled, martyrs’ families, Padma Shri award recipient families and widows. The Odisha government launched the scheme on 30th March.

This is a flagship housing scheme for all low-income people.  All The Eligible beneficiaries who have already filled the application form under the scheme will now check their name in the sanctioned or selected list. About Antyodaya Gruha Yojana 2025

This is a housing scheme released by the Odisha state government for people who are the victims of any natural calamities, fire, widow etc. For the online application procedure, all applicants have to contact their panchayat office or the Block Development officers. The applications are submitted through the official website of Antyodaya Gruha Yojana Odisha. The government want to provide the pakka houses to all families who are under the eligibility criteria listed by the government.

The government sanctioned Rs 2.1 lakh for the pakka houses to the eligible household families. The amount will be directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiaries so that they can start the construction of their houses. The government provide this amount to the families who belong to rural areas and are not financially independent. The scheme is for those who are currently living in the Kutcha house is or have no house. This is a great initiative by the state government where they will provide the amount in three instalments.

1st Installment Relase Date

The government release the 1st installment os the scheme with Rs 40, 000 each to all beneficiries. In the 2nd and 3rd Installment the beneficiaries will get rs 65000 and 15000. The amount for the construction of houses will be rs 1,20 lakh given by the state government.

Objective Of the scheme

• The main aim of the scheme is to provide the pakka houses to all the beneficiaries under the scheme.
• Odisha Antyoday Yojana AGJ covers the families who are financially weak and have no house.
• The victims of natural and man-made calamities, widows, PwD persons who are the main earning members of the family, will get a pucca house under this housing scheme.

Benefits To Applicants

• All the victims and the beneficiaries will get rupees 1.2 lakh for the construction of pakka houses with a minimum carpet area of 25 square metres.
• The applicant will also receive an incentive of rupees 20,000 and 10,000 for constructing houses within 4 to 6 months.
• The state nodal account will transfer the amount to the beneficiaries.
• The Odisha Biju pakka Ghar Yojana is also under this scheme.
• The Eligible rural households and homeless people in Odisha can get the benefit of this housing project.
• This housing scheme provides houses with a minimum 25 square metre carpet area, which includes a kitchen and toilet area.
• Under the scheme, the government covers:  Construction of new houses and incentives to the beneficiary people.

Eligibility Criteria For Odisha Housing Scheme

• The homeless people and those living in kutcha houses are eligible for the scheme.
• Those families where the main earning member is PwD with 40% disability also get help from the Odisha Government under the housing scheme.
• The low-income group people are also eligible for the scheme.
• Those who are already getting other government housing scheme benefit are not eligible for the scheme.
• The applicant whose house is completely damaged by a natural or man-made calamity like earthquake, cyclone, flood fire is also covered under this housing scheme.
• Those people whose houses are rehabilitated by the government due to their projects are also under the scheme.

Selection of the Beneficiaries

• The district magistrate will prepare the list of all the eligible beneficiaries.
• Next, the PR and DW department will get the order from the chief minister regarding the finalist.
• The BDO concerned will release or sanction the houses to the Eligible beneficiaries.
• The revenue authority will sanction the location for the landless people for the construction of their houses.
• After the meeting of BDO and the tahsildar, all the issues will be resolved regarding the house side for the landless people.

Odisha Antyodaya Gruha Jojana Instalments Amount

The government released an amount of 1.2 Lakh for the construction of houses in 3 instalments:

1. 1st Instalment: Rs 40,000 along with the Work order.
2. 2nd Instalment: Rs 65000 Upto Roof Level Construction
3. 3rd Instalment: 15,000 After completion of house

How to Submit Application Form

• All the applicants who are eligible for the scheme can submit their application forms to the panchayat office or the Block Development Officer.
• The Jila Parishad and Panchayati Raj will find out the eligible beneficiaries, and the BDO will further do the identification process.
• They will do the cross-checking of the eligible beneficiary use and all their details.
• Once the eligibility is checked by the authorities, they will enter all the details of the applicant in the official Government of Odisha rural housing portal.
• The government provide a preference for the female applicant.
• The final Antyodaya Gruha Yojana Odisha List of all eligible beneficiaries will be released after the document verification and applicant verification.
